AIM Advisors is an advisory and management firm built on listening, accountability, and results. Our work is grounded in one guiding principle: our clients’ success is our success.
AIM Advisors grew from years of hands-on financial administration and consulting work that prioritized solving real problems, not just completing tasks.
Our Origins
Before AIM Advisors, the work began under Yen’s Bookkeeping & Business Services, founded by Catherine Li as a sole-operator practice serving all peoples with their financial administration needs. The early focus included bookkeeping, financial administration, and tax compliance.
On January 1, 2018, Yen’s was formally incorporated, marking an expansion into broader consulting and advisory services. As the quality and consistency of the work became recognized, organizations began referring the firm based on results and trust rather than marketing.

Listening and Acting
AIM Advisors believes effective advisory work begins with listening. Through close engagement with communities, we learned of traditional lands being purchased by non-members and deforested for commercial agricultural use, disrupting wildlife habitats and creating safety concerns within communities.
Working directly with the Nation, we supported the identification of affected lands, the erection of land claims, and actions to pause further development. This reflects our belief that caring for communities requires action, not just advice.
